“I started looking into it and couldn’t find anything like it, although Carlsberg had an ad that said ‘if we did hair salons’, and that’s the kind of concept I looked for.

“I have been in Darlington for the last three years with my partner, Sophie, and we have lots of friends and support in the area. When we saw that the place was available, we just had to have it.’
Anthony also previously told her that Big Brother changed his life.
He said Live Chronicle: ‘When I first got off the show, my life completely changed, it just turned upside down.
“I went into the house of Big Brother, a guy from County Durham who lived at home and he came out with people on the street who knew my name.
“The day I got off the show I was contacted by agents and a couple of days later they paid me £200,000 to do a photo shoot with OK Magazine. From day one it was crazy.
